At Grow Stow, we use only premium materials to craft our artificial Christmas trees and decorations, ensuring they maintain their beautiful appearance year after year.

We are so confident in the quality of our products that we offer a full 10-year guarantee on all our artificial Christmas trees (excluding fibre optic and blossom trees). This means that if any part of your tree fails due to a manufacturing fault within 10 years of purchase, we will replace the faulty part free of charge.
Please note: this guarantee does not cover wear and tear or damage caused by improper storage.

We also offer a 1-year guarantee on all our electrical products. This includes Christmas lights, LED blossom trees, fibre optic trees, and the lights installed on our pre-lit trees. If you notice any fault with an electrical item within the first year, simply contact us and we will replace the part at no cost.
This does not cover damage caused by mishandling, misuse, or incorrect storage.
